View Full Version : Players & coaches have group-think due to LeMedia, so he's NOT DEFENDED (gif proof)

This is NOT defense - why would he even use his left hand when he isn't being contested?
https://i.makeagif.com/media/11-20-2023/Hk6jSL.gif
Again, this is NOT defense - defenders have LeMedia in their subconscious and simply think they should let the so-called "goat" score - today's players are so impressionable and soft to fall for cable news propoganda:
https://i.makeagif.com/media/11-20-2023/adFua0.gif
CONCLUSION: These unevolved, substance-less losers watch the Lebron shows on cable news, and the resulting group think makes players not defend Lebron and just let him score.

There’s no way when OP made his account he ever thought he’d still have to be on here trying to downplay LeBron TEN years later, still playing at an All-NBA level at 39 years old :lol

he never got anywhere near Jordan's dominance so who cares.. :confusedshrug:
Specifically, there are many measures that show he didn't dominate as much as Jordan:
* lower PER, BPM, WS/48, VORP, PPG, plus/minus, net rating, raptor - basically every production rate stat and advanced stat
* not capable of a #1 offense (MJ had four #1 offenses with less offensive help)
* needed all-star teammate to win 40 games and HOF coach to win 50, while MJ needed nothing to win 40 or 50
* half the MVP and championship frequency of MJ
* never won title while defeating maximum defensive attention (carrying scoring load on championship level)
* for his playoff career, Lebron's clutch stats (last 5 within 5) are 40% on 3.0 clutch attempts per game vs 3.6 on 48% for 97' and 98' Jordan (so Jordan had far superior clutch efficiency despite 20% greater clutch burden/attempts)
* won 2 titles without being an all-defender, while also never winning DPOY or being an elite defender for his entire 30's (no all-defense in his 30's)
* not capable of teammate development/imposes spot-up roles (zero players developed into significant producers alongside him)
* lower team ceilings/Finals records
* he never won a title with a regular 2nd option that had lower peak capability - he always needed elite-producing franchise players from other teams as sidekick AND 3rd option, or he needed a franchise player sidekick to lead the league in playoff scoring (2020)
* never won a title while carrying the league's biggest burden (leading league in usage)
* much more

The guy who’s made probably 1500 topics over the last decade about Lebron certainly doesn’t care, that’s for damn sure.

I don't care about his longevity and the associated propaganda - he never dominated anywhere near Jordan's level land it's a fake debate that you fell for. I wear it as a badge of honor that I didn't go for that garbage... Skip, Colin, Wright - imagine following what those guys say or even listening to them lol

You obviously care by letting King James to live rent free in your head.

Lebron is a natural lefty, what an odd thing to nitpick. You need to go outside and touch some grass. The fact that someone can be this singularly obsessed with one person is genuine cause for concern. I'm dead serious, serial killers and rapists exhibit this kind of behavior. I just hope this board isn't indicted on something very bad in the future, because all the signs are there that we let this lunatic run amok and the authorities were never notified.

To be fair, it's not just Lebron that doesn't get defended. Pretty much every game I watch nowadays, players are driving to the hoop uncontested.
And Dillon Brooks defends Lebron if nobody else does.

"Proves" Lebron isn't being defended by showing buckets replicated by other stars throughout NBA history. Mj being a huge offender of the exact same types of buckets, only when he did it he was "flying" lol. Seriously has it ever just occurred to you that sometimes this guy has seen it all and certain scenarios seem like auto green light buckets for him? It's because they are. But you go ahead and beleive some sort of conspiracy exists not to guard him until someone decides to post Mj getting easy buckets in the rockem sockem 90s and you'll bow out of yet another one of your own threads.

Yeah but there's a difference between a lapse on defense where defenders are out of place versus the defenders being in place and simply refusing to vigorously contest.. MJ was vigorously contested and hammered by defenders regularly; Lebron isn't and never is

Yeah, massive blunder by Brooks that might have cost them the game.
