would even that team be healthy enough? 11 out of the 20 people have missed large chunks or entire seasons for on and off the court reasons. Would you need 15 straight first pics to win a title? And if so….thats kind of ****ed up isn’t it?

You might have to go all the way to 03 to feel comfortable and they still might not win. Half those guys wouldn’t make it through a season.

Yama, Paolo, Cade, Zion, and Ant will almost certainly develop into players that could win a title together with a decent bench. But right now today? I dont see them contending due to their age and inexperience.

Beyond that it looks like you do have to go back a ways to find a string of guys who stayed healthy and turned into quality pros.

Lets say its 2021-22 season Ant, Wiggins, Towns, D.Ayton should win you a title, Fultz was injured so the only PG option is Cade, who can be the 5th best starter on a championship team.

Its much easier if you use number 3 picks - Doncic, Brown, Tatum, Mobley, Embiid.
