Are the Timberwolves and Magic actual title contenders

It's early in the season still but long enough into it where the Timberwolves and Magic both look like legitimately good teams. Should they be taken seriously as playoff contenders though or is this the type of thing where they will go one or two rounds deep and then fall out teams that are more experienced at being good..

Timberwolves are. Magic are just like Thunder, young team that will learn so much from this year's playoffs.
