Freedom of Speech as it pertains to the US Constitution means that the US Government can not arrest you for your words or beliefs.

It does NOT mean that media companies like Twitter must allow anyone to say anything on their platform. They have the freedom to ban and restrict as they see fit which is Freedom of Press.
