Just to let the OP know. It's great that you embedded the YouTube video. And though I like that you also provided a link to the video, it's redundant. If a member wanted to go to the video's main page, they can simply click on the title in the embedded YouTube video.

Also, the video is very long, which will turn off a lot of the members. A nicely written summary could make a big difference and encourage more members to give the embedded YouTube video a shot. Perhaps get a family member to assist you with the summary. Two brains are better than one.

I disagree. I mean, look at the choices. "Yes," "no," "I want to." (Though he's asking it as a question. Just replace the are you and you are with "I am.")

If a person is a member, then ok, they pick yes. But if a person chooses that they don't want to, then that also classifies as a no. So which one will the person pick? If they choose that they don't want to, then it undermines the no.

And then it has a time limit. And I haven't check, but I bet people can vote for all three different options.
