Watching Paul have to physically bring the young guys together and explain “That mother****er has 5 fouls!” And remind them to rotate to help Steph so he doesn’t foul out, inspires me to ask

obviously, Reggie sees it. Paul sees it. The young guys are oblivious to what’s going on. And you know Steph knew as well but I suppose he knew Chris would handle it. I’m sure Draymond was rolling in his grave somewhere. That would normally be his job.
One guy I was surprised to learn had that role was DeAndre Jordan. The stereotypical giant athlete, who does nothing but dunk but people don’t realize he’s one of the most Intelligent and engaging teammates in the league according to his coaches and teammates. He’s the guy standing on the side you can hear yelling instructions during quiet moments. It’s not a coach. It’s DeAndre Jordan directing traffic from the shadows.
Who does that for your team that fans might not be aware of?
