Watching Paul have to physically bring the young guys together and explain “That mother****er has 5 fouls!” And remind them to rotate to help Steph so he doesn’t foul out, inspires me to ask

obviously, Reggie sees it. Paul sees it. The young guys are oblivious to what’s going on. And you know Steph knew as well but I suppose he knew Chris would handle it. I’m sure Draymond was rolling in his grave somewhere. That would normally be his job.

One guy I was surprised to learn had that role was DeAndre Jordan. The stereotypical giant athlete, who does nothing but dunk but people don’t realize he’s one of the most Intelligent and engaging teammates in the league according to his coaches and teammates. He’s the guy standing on the side you can hear yelling instructions during quiet moments. It’s not a coach. It’s DeAndre Jordan directing traffic from the shadows.

Who does that for your team that fans might not be aware of?

Might be Al Horford or Jaylen Brown but the top 6 Celtics don't normally need to be led like that.

Yea I could see Al Horford being one of those guys but the Celtics don’t feel like they would need much handholding. Maybe more than usual if Smart used to be the guy but I can’t say I know he was. Not all great defenders are leaders.

Horford and Brown are generally the most vocal guys. Smart was the leader when he was here but as we know he's gone.

Among our starters it is actually Kuzma :oldlol:

On the bench it's Shamet. Word is he has been very helpful to the young guys.

Obviously the cubbard is pretty bare.

Nah, not necessarily. I've been to some threads before that have to do with them, regardless. Such as this one (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?514600-The-Bulls-look-awful).
