While I agree with the overall message, there are other minorities that are directly negatively effected from affirmative action, Asians more specifically.

Berkeley being 40% asian is a problem, despite not one asian being undeserving of their spot; but we can have all black schools like Howard being 95% black. Its 100x worse when theyre public schools eating out tax subsidies.
