As far as the lineup, there's nothing he can do with rotations because all the players except Lebron are bums. He could coach better but he wont cause he's a bum. And Pelinka's the bum who brought in these players and coaches.

Ham is not going anywhere and I hate how low IQ laker fans are. They have no situational awareness.

1 Ham is on a 3 year deal and took the team to the WCF in his first year. Granted lakers are quicker than other teams when it comes to coach firings but there’s an investment and upside here

2 Who are you gonna replace him with? No one on the lakers staff has head coaching experience. There are no available coaches on the market right now. The only one is budenholzer—who was Ham’s mentor. So if you hired him you’d just be getting another Ham

3 chucking the coach and bringing in a new one to implement a completely new system in the middle of January/February is supposed to help how?

4 the lakers aren’t even that bad. In order for a coach to be fired, things have to go REALLY south. I’m talking like missing the play in. And even then Ham would get fired in the off-season, not before the trade deadline.
