I don't think age makes a huge difference for the illness Bruce Willis has. It's some particular type of dementia he has and it progresses very fast. Perhaps faster than even alzheimers

Nobody can convince me that the shots didn’t accelerate aging in niccas like Bruce Willis, Jack Nicholson, etc.
So many gullible MF’s look/act 10-15yrs older since 2020.
As for what we can all do in our daily lives to avoid dementia:
(Avoid soft metals and Liquid Metal’s)
1. Be active and challenge your mind often.
2. Stay away from any aluminum-based or non-stick teflon-type cookware. Use 316 stainless, 18/10 stainless made in Europe/NA, or quality cast iron made in EU/NA. Avoid aluminum personal care products.
3. Avoid high mercury foods like silvery fish skin. If you eat salmon, or swordfish, or other fish with mercury, discard the skin. Herring and halibut have super high omega-3, and practically zero mercury.
4. If you are either overweight or diabetic, greatly decrease your high glycemic carb intake. Unlike oatmeal, quinoa, barley, and other low glycemic whole grains, High glycemic carbs can drastically contribute to amyloid fibroid plaques.
5. Also avoid cooking at high temperatures in unsaturated fats. If you must cook at high temps, use saturated fat like coconut oil or avocado oil. If cooking at low-medium temps, first press extra virgin olive is best. High temps plus short chain unsaturated fatty acids create pro-inflammatory arachidonic acid, which again, assists the cycle of creating amyloid fibroid plaques, amongst other harmful compounds that greatly contribute to arthritis and other inflammatory diseases. Try to keep your stuff like canola or other unsaturated vegetable/seed oils away from heat, just use them in vinaigrette salad dressings and the like.

Jack Nicholson has been going downhill for years before covid struck. What Bruce Willis has is very drastic and there is no evidence that any vaccine speeds it up or causes it.
Otherwise the advice is good. I would also advise adding nuts like walnut, pistachio, cashew, etc to your daily diet. It has so many benefits. I would also suggest drinking a small amount of turmeric and ginger mix, which helps with digestion and your gut. Take a multivitamin daily to bolster any vitamin your body may be missing or not getting enough of.

It's sad but also keep in mind...Bruce was a bar guy and a bit of a drinker for decades. He never did anything stupid...but this is something that happens with constant drinking for 50 years.

Overall good post, except for the vaccine nuttiness.
Canola is the devil and should be avoided, as well as all the other gmo seed oils
