Y'all have any resolutions or goals you want to achieve in this upcoming year?

I know its became a cliche and most people dont actually stick to them past the 1st month but there's still something about looking at the calendar and seeing that fresh start ahead :cheers:

buy some land to build a house and horse farm, may get into horse trading

focus on health, give up the bad food, eat healthy, wake up early, lift, run... repeat everyday.

the hell up. same shit every year with you people. 'oh i'm gunna wake up early, hit the gym for two weeks, cut out a few vices' and you're back to your own routines again by the end of january.

Avoid the resolutionists and college kids home from school at the gym, if possible. Luckily, their shelf life is about 3 weeks.

Get back down to 8-9% bodyfat / 6-pack

Get back to benching 270

Less dabs, more edibles.

Less carbs, more protein.

Drinking more water.

Having over 3 days per week with 3+ gasms/day.

Cut out about 75% of my curse words.

Pray more frequently.

You're the oldest poster on this site, but yet the most emotionally fragile and triggered that you want two other members gone because you don't like them.

For as much as I despise RRR3 and want to commit violent acts towards his little Commie ass, I have never wanted Jeff to get rid of him. You're already starting your New Year off on the wrong foot by holding on to old grudges you senile old man. Be better.
