The suns have some pretty scary shooting when they’re actually healthy. They could round into something worth paying attention to vs the right matchup. Be nice if they could play for 5-10 games before someone goes down.

I don't see the Suns going far with Nurkic. He's a major weak point. His defense is trash, and his offense is usually lackluster.

ya i seen that. book gets away with it regardless cuz its his team but i agree w ya. more often than not it's detrimental to the team for the same reason defenses prefer Jokic go on a scoring run than get his boys involved in the offense

I will say that they still should have played better than what we saw last night, which is why I wasn't going to defend the performance. To me it further defined what the Celtics are, which is a possible champion but not some kind of historic unstoppable force. If they were that kind of elite they could better deal with the adversity of playing a lot of games and missing a guy here and there. They aren't so they failed to show up last night. I don't know how/if Stevens can pull it off but I think this team needs one more mobile defensive big. But what we saw was the entire team just not performing.
