The next time someone wants to give Artest shit for working at Best Buy please bring up Mr. Rollins. At least Artest was getting stuff honestly. How someone with an NBA contract finds himself stealing from Target (and getting caught) is a mindboggler. He has to have some kind of kleptomania. Baby mommas and entourage shouldn't drive a guy this far.

Shoplifting Most people isn’t about survival. Thieves just don’t give a ****.
And this is the first I’ve heard of Ron artest working at target. Let me go look into that.

It was Best Buy not Target. I edited it. He applied for a job because when he was a rookie his family and friends kept asking him for shit from there so he figured if he got a job for the discount he could save some money. It actually makes sense if you ignore the surreal aspect of a 6'7 240 pound basketball star working a job telling you where to find a printer.

His biggest mistake was not being better at basketball.
If he was a star, he'd never be cut for shoplifting from Target.

Ron Artest applied for circuit city for an employee discount. I’m pretty sure he never fully went through with it though.
