Racism has to be alive and well in order for these people to be relevant. If you're a Black person, a minority, competing with other minorities such as Hispanics and Asians, how can you compete for relevance? We know damn well Asians and Hispanics are superior in terms of education and income. So how does the Black American skip to the front of the line? Through Racism.
