There is just no defense that can be played in the regular season anymore in this new era that has formed.

Luka is still a GOAT and this game was insane, but we can't compare this era to what happened in the NBA before 2020. As of now, Luka is already the FOURTH player to hit/eclipse 70 in the last two years...

You can but theres no reason to really make it a big deal.

Basketball is like soccer. Theres no inherent racial advantage, world class players will come from every continent (regions where people are taller will of course have some degree of advantage in bball).

The reason the NBA is historically African American is likely due to the limitations of scouting in decades past. The places with the most people congregating to play basketball were american inner cities, so thats where the most scouting was done.

Nowadays those limits arent there and we’re seeing tons of draft prospects come in from africa, the balkans, from australia, france, hell even some from japan.

So yeah, we get it, guys like perkins and spike lee and them who think basketball is somehow a special thing “for the bruvas” are wrong. But you beating your chest when a white guy has a great game is just being the same as them. You seem like you need to prove to others your guy belongs, like you need that reassurance. It’s petty. Just root for the players you like and keep the racial pride element to yourself.
