Us ncaa needs to update their rules. 10 minutes per quarter instead of 20 minutes per half. And 24 seconds shot clock instead of the traditional 30 seconds. In the ncaa Philippines and uaap the league started playing 10 minutes per quarter since 2001.

NCAA is a complete mess. NIL is good for the players but the transfer portal shit is ridiculous. It is good for the players in theory but bad for the games, football basketball and whatever else it's poisoning. Along with the bowls not mattering at all it completely destroyed the FSU-UGA bowl game. They need to fix that far more than worry about whether they have halves or quarters.
