So the James Harden “Did the ref call it?” traveling defense. I suppose it intelligent. If you can get away with it not doing it is just making your team worse. Players take issue of course

Bogut talked about it a while back

"“One thing that was crazy about that run was the s*** that I used to get away with screening, man it was all time.I knew if I was in Milwaukee and I set that I’d foul out in the first quarter, but playing in Golden State, when they started to become that underdog team that was building up, I knew once Steph or Klay got hot, the refs would be in the moment as well.

I could literally clothesline someone off the next pindown, I know Klay just hit 3 in a row, the crowd’s on their feet as he’s getting his 4th and I could punch somebody in the face on a screen, knock em out and they wouldn’t call it. Klay would get his 4th 3, and even the refs would go ‘Wow’ (and ignore it), it was crazy. Then I get traded to Dallas to set those same screens and I’d get 3 fouls in the first quarter, It was just crazy with the stuff I used to get away with there.”"

Dray always gets the benefit of the doubt in those plays esp when running screens to open up curry. If it were anyone else, the whistle would have been blown.

Green has been doing this for years. I can't believe that the refs still don't keep an eye on him in these situations.

And Steph is my favorite active player.

He moves into the player he is screening. It's the end of the game though, I don't mind letting it go because it wasn't so outrageous that it needed to be called.

I don’t know why the league bothers with these clutch reports

Well according to the NBA officiating report, that play got labelled as a missed illegal screen.

So no, it was not a good screen.

Also **** Draymond.

There is someone out there who owns a draymond jersey and watched every warriors game, and cheers these on like Marques Johnson in White Men Can’t Jump, cheering on the fighting at the 2-on-2 tourney lol

I know a guy who has a Draymond jersey and only wears it at away games

He wore it to game 7 in Houston back in 2018. I was gonna go to the game too but I already had a trip to Mexico booked. I thought about canceling the trip for a second.
