Mask the Embiid

That knee looks all the way shot tonight. But sadly he was bullied into playing because “embiid ducks road smoke”. So he is playing through it for no damn reason instead of just getting healthy…

Bu bu but he’s faking injuries…. He could have played a week ago vs jokic… his knee looking completely shot with almost a week of rest means absolutely nothing…. So imagine how bad his knee was before resting for a week…. You Jackasses

Bu bu but he’s faking almost dying in Toronto
He faking breaking his face multiple times in the playoffs
He’s faking playing through a torn ligament in his knee vs the hawks… every playoff injury is fake

He should not have been playing.

Medical staff have a lot to answer for.

Well I guess we probably won't be seeing him play for a while now.

Screw all that. Joel just needs to be healthy for the POs and not get hurt trying to appease the media and the fans. The only way he will change the narrative is if he performs in the Playoffs. He could win as many league MVPs as he wants but he needs to be healthy for the POs.

That's what happens when you flop around like a Magikarp every game as a 300 pound man

ItÂ’s clear from how he was playing that his knee was bothering him and reducing his mobility. This, after six days off. So why the hell wasnÂ’t he on the injury report for the Nuggets?

I was wrong about him ducking Joker this time, but it’s understandable given the history and the circumstances. (And the rest of the league — witness LeBron and AD skipping the Celtics game. Why would anyone pay to see a marquee regular season game?)

There was an earlier play in the game where he was exploding to the basket and his knee obviously gave way. He should have been pulled right then. Hope he gets better soon.

That sucks for Embiid.

He won't be able to get back and contribute. Meniscus takes the better part of 12 months to be fully back from. I believe a meniscus injury ended Duncan's career and Kristaps also was much worse after it, before he got back.

I guess Philly need to let Maxey ball out for the rest of the season, see what happens.
