Definitely not intentional. If you look at Middleton's feet, he takes off from right at the line and lands well within the line. Not that he was purposely foul baiting, it was just how his momentum carried him, and you combine that with KD's long legs and feet and it was just an inadvertent mishap. I dont think there's anything about the play KD "shouldnt" have done. Players have to make some kind of contest if anyone's gonna take the game seriously.
