This happens to me from time to time especially if I’m going full beast mode so I can finish quicker. As everybody knows, I've been racially profiled because of my massive unit, so I can relate to getting a bad headache after a sudden rush of blood goes back into the rest of my body, which includes my head. So that's probably the reason as to why Patrick Chewing gets these headaches.

The only thing that I've found to work is gulping down a large amount of water before completing.

I chalk it up to an old kickboxing injury. Never got knocked out, despite sparring with Patrick Barry and Matt Mitrione. But def took some sort of damage that ONLY activates with neck cracking.

I do have neck issues, but having a headache after sex is very common from what I researched. They’re called Exertion Headaches. Kind of like when you’re weightlifting and you let go of your last rep and boom….headache.
