View Full Version : What’s the minimum result needed for the Clippers to “keep the band together?”

I mean if all the usual things happen - Kawhi gets hurt, Harden quits at the first sign of adversity, Russ drops his 3 for 13, 8 turnover playoff standards, and the Clippers get crumpled up by someone in the first round…

Theres no way they run this thing back again. Right?

What if they all stay healthy and get beat by a team that just looks better than them in the second round? Are they gonna consider that enough to have faith in this group next year?

What do you think needs to happen for them to see this year as momentum, versus a failed experiment that needs to die?

Their draft pick situation says they're at the point of no return. They also have no young players on the come up.

Signing and trading Harden won't yield a great return. I say regardless of result their plan is to run it back. It's the Clippers way!

If you fail to succeed, try to fail again!

Western Conference finals or bust.

If they stay healthy, then I think this might be the year for them.

Pretty much. You have Kawhi the healthiest he's been in quite some time. Have to take advantage of it.

Its not so much the round but the opponent without knowing the seeding.

The only affordable losses would be to Denver, Suns and maybe lakers, and theyd need to put in a good showing obv.

They won't win a championship with ty lue around, no matter how brilliant kawhi can be whenever he's playing.
