That's kind of a big death that should have been mentioned in press (Like Virgil (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?516546-RIP-Virgil)). Yet he died a week ago, and I'm first hearing about it from BurningHammer. (Note: Though Virgil was mentioned in the press, I also first learned of his death from BurningHammer.)

It's Japanese thing that they keep passing of certain persons quiet for few days or even weeks for personal reasons.

I was big into DB as a kid, used to acquire the japanese fansubs when the english dub only covered 25% of the series.
