CLippers - 5%
Pelicans - 5%

Knicks, Lakers, Warriors, Suns, Sixers, Mavericks, Kings and Magic are out. West should come down to OKC or Denver, East is wide open because you've got legit dark horses in Cleveland Miami and Indiana
