If he caught the ball, he took three steps. Not clear to me that he ever stopped bobbling the ball. It used to be, however, that running while bobbling the ball would also get you a traveling call. These days, however, I have little idea what’s a travel. I’ve seen lots of times where guys on the same type of play take four or five steps and there’s no call.
