What did you guys think about the offensive moving screen call in the final minute

Caitlin Clark was not at her best.

That was a fun game to watch. And I am definitely going to watch the championship.

Sexy Nika Muhl is a beast of a defender. Will SC have anyone as good as her guarding Clark?

Will never respect people whining about refs.

Refs will always make mistakes...maybe be up by double digits instead of ****ing around. It's always the team's fault they didn't have a big lead, play better and refs don't matter

I watched the end. Not saying the whole game was bad not having watched the majority of it but to have the game end with no one getting a chance to hit a big shot sucked. I can see why the offensive foul was called but I really wish they hadn't. Plenty of times in men's games where the ref didn't blow that whistle.

Why tf should you have to beat a team by double digits in order to make up for refs mistakes?

The opponent team can apply that same logic, then what? stalemate and the shit comes down to ref mistakes.

Dont be an idiot.

She did foul her... chicken winged that little white girl with the left elbow and obviously chipped her. It is weak though to make that call with under 10 seconds left. Iowa was up though.

Manny is finally probably gonna get his sweet revenge in The Championship game. Whose guarding that behemoth on SC? She's bigger than reese. SC is also stupidly athletic.

Why are you seemingly incapable of speaking about women’s basketball without mentioning race :lol

I just wish I hadn’t wasted 2 hours. I actually sat and enjoyed a women’s basketball game only to have it end in such a way I don’t even care. All that to come down to a ref. Like an nfl game ending on the 17th hold that’s only the 3rd one called. Just not what I’m here to see.

You don't call that ticky tack sh!t in crunchtime.

Looking at the multiple camera angles and views... that chick was dumb as hell to throw such force into the screen with the elbow when it wasn't even freeing anybody up compared to if she just did it with arms down and stationary.

There's was 3 seconds and change on the clock. And Uconn was trying to get it to the blonde chick whose their best offensive player and she was out by the 3pt line. In a 1 point game.

Total bonehead move to do that RIGHT in front of the ref 5 feet away.

I get it, but that was the most blatant moving screen you can have. Imagine the refs swallowing the whistle and Iowa losing the game on the no-call.

The female players all seem like absolute nightmares. Complaining after every call, bitching after games about other players throwing shade or disrespecting/taunting them.

Horrible attitudes and unlikable as shit. Stfu and play.

Odd post from a guy with a Duncan avatar. He was the single biggest crybaby about calls the NBA has ever seen

You must have just started watching basketball in 2014. Duncan was the biggest crybaby in the NBA. He'd throw up his hands or hold them out wide and pout like a bitch. I will admit he never got in the refs face a lot like some other players but he cried and pouted like a muthafker. Very effeminate-like

UConn played into Iowa's temple, they played the passing lane well, but they probably also could have speed it up a little, winning the AST/TO battle but lossing points in the paint still cost you.

SC plays a similar pace to Iowa, only SC is very good at stopping the dribble penetration by using their body. Iowa might have the advantage in length/wingspan, which means the key to victory will be trying to make SC play at an even slower pace and turns into isos. a strategy the 2004 Pistons employed. and for Iowa that means that on pick and rolls, go over on screens, whoevers guarding the pick has to make sure the passing lane is cut off, and be wary to rotate out to corner shooters.

Clark and Iowa have gotten better ratings than the NBA.
