oh wait that was actually WADE being the 1st option when Lebron finally got past the Celtics in 2011.

Wade led the Heat in scoring for the ECF, Finals and entire 2011 Playoff run - a 6'4" Jordan with baby hands was 1st option over peak Lebron when he finally got past the Bad Boys, I mean KG's Celtics

Larry Bird didn't play for the Bulls.

it's an analogy because we saw that when lebron finally got past his nemesis the Celtics, it was Wade that was 1st option and carried the team, so this would be like Bird carrying Jordan in 1991 when he finally got past the Bad Boys

Not even Artificial intelligence could get its mind around this nonsense. Here are six attempts to create this scenario with various descriptions I had to give it and the results

2011 ECSF vs Celtics

Wade.............. 30.2 ppg.....4.8 apg... 3.0 tov.... 53%
Lebron............ 28.0 ppg.... 3.6 apg... 3.4 tov.... 48%

again, would MJ be considered GOAT if another player came along and carried him over the Pistons in 1991?

because that's what happened when Lebron finally got past the Celtics - another player carried him over those Celtics, as you can see above

Oh boy...if OP thinks this is carrying...then he DEFINITELY does not want to look at Shaq vs Kobe's finals numbers.

are you saying your dad is not your father, but your grand father is your father. as much as you'd like to believe genetically that's possible, it also means your father is your brother, and your mother is your grand mother/sister.

not sure if you realized, sister wives does not mean your own sisters being your wives.

or you can try combine the concept of a boy.. marries.. his mother and the "virgin mary" together.

That's a bad analogy since the early 2000s Lakers weakest opponents came in the Finals while the Celtics were the team that made Lebron run away to Miami and Wade.

Yet Kobe played badly against those weak East teams even though he was 2nd option to the MDE.

Whether Michael Jordan would still be considered the GOAT if another player had a significant role in carrying him over the Pistons in 1991 is a complex and speculative one. Jordan's legacy as the GOAT is built on a combination of his individual talent, his impact on the game, and his success in leading his teams to championships.

While it's true that Jordan's victory over the Pistons in 1991 was a significant milestone in his career, it's essential to recognize that basketball is a team sport, and success often depends on the contributions of multiple players. If another player had a standout performance that helped the Chicago Bulls defeat the Pistons in 1991, it might impact the narrative surrounding Jordan's career to some extent.

However, Jordan's overall body of work, including his six NBA championships, five MVP awards, numerous scoring titles, defensive accolades, and cultural impact, transcends any single series or performance. His dominance on both ends of the court, his clutch performances in key moments, and his ability to elevate his game and his teammates in crucial situations all contribute to his status as the GOAT.

Ultimately, while individual performances and contributions from teammates can shape the narrative of a player's career, Jordan's impact on the game of basketball and his unparalleled success at the highest level solidify his place as one of the greatest—if not the greatest—players in NBA history.
