The Axe character just wasn't cut out for it. Despite repeated attempts, he just kept missing and flinching. And then lazily started walking away. The Axe character showed a disregard for the situation.

You're not far off. Technically, the Axe character did (even after he passed) have gravitational pull on the tow truck. And this gravitational pull was greater than all the other people around. The Axe character's mass exerted gravitational pull on the tow truck, and there's an equation for that. So it is true.

When I wrote, "If the tow truck and the Axe character were both in space, far, far away from any star, they would both start orbiting around each other." I started wondering if there was anything that the Axe looking guy could do to eventually reach the tow truck, provided that he would never die, or lose mass, even after billions of years. I thought maybe gas in the opposite direction of the orbit, to slow it down. But if you look at Ultima Thulie (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/486958_Arrokoth), I think that eventually the tow truck and the Axe guy would merge.
