its a shame Giannis was not on the list for MVP with 30ppg on 60% shooting

Defensive player of the year not having AD as a finalist over Bam is insulting. AD played 5 more games than Bam, played better defense the entire season, and was a significantly better rebounder. AD quietly had one of his best defensive seasons of his career.

Wemby deserves to win with AD in 2nd place.

AD was least of the issue on the defensive end. Lakers have 2 traffic cones playing defense in the backcourt and LeBron, who rarely plays defense these days except in short bursts here and there.

AD always covered for the traffic cones and Lebron.
