So it is safe to say that Anthony Edwards got bailed out and had his legacy saved by his teammates...?

Very bad performance, but I'll give him a pass since he's only 22. The thing that stood out to me is he wasn't really shook from how bad he was performing, TNT had him mic'd up and he was still communicating with teammates and seemed to have a positive energy.

Do you guys realize that Jordan averages more than twice the offensive rebounds as Ant (1.6 to 0.7)?

This would be the worst series of Jordan's career when you consider everything like defense, rebounding (since they play the same position), and clutch (close out performance - not getting carried)... And also PPG - 27.7 would be the 3rd-worst of Jordan's career and actually the worst when you consider pace and opponent DRTG.

Ultimately, Ant is a shrimp - a little guy that has little hands and takes little steps like Caitlan Clark, while MJ would get to the cup in 1 dribble - it's just a completely different level of authority that Jordan attacks the basket with - in the history of the game, only prime Lebron can compare to the rim attack of 80's Jordan (and he falls short too imo due to variety of drives and variety of shot-making).

Cocky boy was waving to the Denver crowd as well, as if he did something. What an idiot.

Ant has more than twice as many playoff wins at 22 than Jordan had by 25.

What legacy? He hasn't done anything yet. Yet he's acting like MJ Jr. already.

Bringing up offensive rebounds when discussing guards is random as shit. :oldlol:

tbf to kobes credit even he would pass more to gasol than ant did to kat this game, ant has to work on that. Kat had a guard on him most of the game since gordon was on ant, couldve gone for 40. Kat's the ultimate teammate right now however, wont complain and willing to defer to anyone

That's not fair Jordan would have beaten a defending champion at 22 if he wasn't injured for that season. And after that what did he do against the defending champions....aside from getting swept.

And when your shots not falling, there is more evidence of your quality as a basketball player when the chips are down, your shot isn’t falling, what else can you do to impact the game?

Edwards then proceeded to not pout or quit or get down on himself, but literally locked down defensively and removed the other teams best perimeter scorer from the game. Who up until that point was scorching hot. He put a ****ing straight jacket on Jamal Murray.

He created turnovers that led to easy points and also hit a dagger 3.

Congratulations, you either didn’t watch the game or you don’t know basketball. Everybody has bad shooting games. He’s 22 years old.

It's worth noting the 2010 Boston Celtics defense was 10x better than the Nuggets defense.

A 22 year old is supposed to be inconsistent.
