If the Timberwolves actually came back and won this series. I would actually respect the Celtics for winning this ring. They would have beat the greatest team ever to not win a ring. This Timberwolves team would be the greatest finals loser ever. But it won’t happen. Luka/kyrie doesn’t have that level of choke in them. That duo would actually be last on the list for duo’s that would choke a 3-0 lead.


Even if all of that happened the Timberwolves would just win the ring. They would have been so battle tested no one could beat them

It's difficult. But people forget that the series could just as well have been 2-0 for the Wolves (or even 3-1 now for them) after both first games. But now it's tough unless there's an injury with an important player of Dallas.

This series reminds me of Miami-Boston last year. Boston was a better team but they just lost a couple close games early and put themselves in a hole and ran outta gas in game 7. I like Dallas in 6 though.

This is one of the only times the team that goes down three games wouldn’t have been surprising had they swept the other team instead but it’s still too much to expect a comeback. The NBA these days just comes down to hitting threes and few good teams go cold four games in a row, which is probably what it would take.
