I find this very strange. A jump shot is a very common move. Everyone do it when shooting. But shooting free throws, no one do it. Not a single person. Even though we see so many FT variation.

Field goal can be block. Jump shoot make higher release. Free throw dont get block. No need to free throw jumping.
