After reading the bullying of RRR3 thread, knowing that it was created almost 12 years ago, and still relevant today, and knowing that RRR3 once said that existence is pain, I think it would be immensely beneficial if he practiced gratitude and focused on the numerous positive aspects of his life, by keeping a gratitude journal. Meticulously writing down the myriad things he is thankful for each day. This can help dramatically shift his focus from persistent negative thoughts to a more positive, optimistic perspective on his existence.

Encouraging himself with kind, uplifting, and motivating words can make a significant difference in his overall outlook and self perception. And can profoundly impact his personality and the way others view him, fostering a more harmonious and pleasant social interaction.

I strongly believe that this approach will help substantially reduce the animosity that so many ISH members feel towards him. Making the bullying thread a thing of the past.
