torn medial retinaculum allowing dislocation of the posterior tibialis tendon
Seems as if it isn't something that can be toughed out necessarily.
If Porzingas isn't playing then it's a series again.

The greatest orthopedic surgeon in the world, Dr sudderer diagnoses it and says
Porzingis will play and finish finals series.....and only after finals, he will have surgery and recovery.
with this injury, Porzingas can walk and run but response off that injured ankle will be questionable.

Makes it a lot tougher when the guy is 7'3.

I never want to jinx or wish for injury but I said pretty early on that as this celtics line up is incredible, there’s slim to no chance that porzinges will be healthy for the finals

You could take out any 1 player from the Celtics and they still win in 6 or less.
