I've heard about Zach Edey and Alexander Sarr and Matas Buzelis but that's about it.
Edey - surprisingly athletic 7 footer with range
Sarr - tall shooter from France?
Buzelis - lanky allround scorer
Correct or no? Who else is there+

Man, reading the Bleacher Report draft mock and there's a lot of centers, foreigners and white guys in the top 10. What the heck happened?

Edey won’t be a lottery pick. Donovan Clingan is the big who will go first. He’s a little smaller than Edey (but still 7’2) but far more mobile. His offensive skills aren’t quite there but his defensive abilities will have him in the NBA for a while. His comp would be a bigger Tyson Chandler.
Overall it’s obviously a really weak draft with no clear 1. Kind of a gamble and no one truly projects as a star, although of course a couple of them will turn out to be.
Next years class is the strongest in a while though.

Seems pretty interesting to me. Maybe because it's low in standout athletes, so you get some picks of more skilled and different players.
I think Matas Buzelis looks interesting personally. They compare him to someone like Franz Wagner, but I guess that would depend entirely on if his athleticism could keep up. I do like that idea of a 6-8 slasher who finishes strong and could ideally develop a step back 3. A Paul George of sorts if he can play defense.
Interesting with all these centers being taken in the lottery Sarr, Clingan, Edey.
And a 6-2 white shooting guard in the top 3 projection?

You know it's a weak draft when the "pro comparison" for the top selection in the mock drafts is Harrison Barnes.

Comparisons are usually shit.
This is what Luka got: Ricky Rubio with a dash of Manu Ginobili
I bet this draft class will surprise a lot of people.
As I see it, there seems to have been a shift in moving away from pure athleticism and towards skill and proven ability. And why not, almost all highly touted athletes have failed in recent years.

No, but Zion, Ayton, Bagley, Bamba and a bunch of others.

And he's behind Kyle Filipowski from Duke who seems to be the more athletic 7 footer in this class. Might be the steal of the draft
