What player not in the Hall of Fame (who is elible) would you induct

One of the things I like about the NBA Hall of Fame is basically if you are close you will get in. It doesn't have the same nonsense as the Baseball HOF where inductees seem to be random, or it doesn't have the long queue of guys in the Football HOF. In basketball we discuss the floor because the ceiling is obvious.

So my question to the board who do you think is the best player not in the Hall of Fame.
