PG - VanFleet
SG - Green
SF - Smith
PF - Durant
C - Adams

I guess the Sums would have to eat the Dillon Brooks contract to go with the Bradley Beal one. But they could throw in Thompson and Whitmore.

Cause they are never going to win with Durant and the new CBA is going to kill them so they need to recoup their draft capital and build around Booker

i just saw the proposed draft picks...that makes sense. and i do agree they need to rebuild while KD's value is high. wish they could get rid of beal too.

How much do we actually believe in the Suns core?

The Suns, more like the dones.

KD is getting old, beal is hot trash and has a no trade clause, booker isn’t gonna lead a team to anything.

This team was cooked from the day they got beal while going into the second apron.

With the new CBA huge contracts can only be traded for other huge contracts...which means Brady Beal and his 50+ million dollar contract is on the books until 2028.

Phoenix has basically no draft picks until 2030...so Phoenix can either hope that Beal/Durant/Booker turns it around for next season or you move Durant

Beal/Brooks
Booker/Allen
Whitmore
Thompson
Nukic/Bol

add in 2-3 more draft picks and you've saved your team from basically living or dying based on Durant's health physical and mental

Well I think we all know that but if you are Houston you might be able to sneak a ring with your current team. But if you are giving out 4 first rounders for Bridges you can get 3 first rounders and 3 role players for Durant

the whole beal/booker is a redundant scenario in itself that implodes - i wouldnt be surprised if the Suns dump Beal cheaply for a 2nd tier point + 2nd rd pick(s) once they move KD.

I don't know if you have a team in the league that would take Beal, Beal's contract is a hot potato and whomever gets stuck with it when the music stops is stuck with him.

Trading Sengun (plus assets) for Durant is a bad idea. At 21 this is a center averaging 21 9 and 5. This a guy that should be a perennial All-Star for 10+ years and in return you get one or two years of first round exits. Durant can still score big but he's nowhere near the defensive force he was when he was younger and is "just" an All-Star, not an elite player any longer. And although he played 75 games last year the previous 4 years he missed 25+ games. He's going to be 36 next season. Extremely shortsighted move if they do it.

Yea I've seen several people say why would the Suns do this...why would the Rockets do this?
