Somewhere between the New Deal and before Reagan, though JFK did a lot of damage as well.

Uhhhh the moment people from all over the world started to migrate to it some 200-300 years ago. Duh.
And not to mention all technological and scientific advances that the United States made in the 20th century. Landing on the moon. Winning WWII by defeating the Nazis.
Stupid ****ing question by a dumbass redneck.

Sounds legit but slavery was in full bloom , and America's was the prime destination

Landing on the moon : Great technologic advancement but woman still looking from getting away from men, driving and getting divorced was frowned upon... Equal rights was in full swing with blacks.
defeating the Nazi's : Blacks were in still segregation and 20 years later marched on Memphis.
Stupid ****ing question by a dumbass redneck.
Will start with this smart ass (In bold words)

I struggle with this : 1977 -1981 Carter was president
Vietnam war ended 1975
Carter's adm ... had no conflicts other than gas prices

1950'segration was peaking into the 60's for equal rights
1990's Reagan defined no more bipartisanship (separation of pub's vs demo's)
Ronny said I will lower tax's , but his final adm. time period raised tax's and people felt slighted not equal to the rich.

Not really, I actually believe Bush Sr. was running a lot of stuff behind the scenes. People to this day don't understand how much power Bush Sr. really had.
1945-1963 (post WWII up until JFK was killed by the CIA) is probably America's peak along with the Clinton years for the simple fact that the Cold War was over and the economy was booming.

Well yea, obviously the 1968 civil rights act was a big deal, but this was also when the Vietnam war was at its peak.
I'm talking strictly from an economical standpoint. No era was perfect, but the ones I listed were the best in terms of the economy flourishing.

I’d argue it was Arthur Laffer. But in general I just meant impact while Reagan was in office, theories on who was actually running shit will derail too much.
All Reagan did was increase deficit spending while lowering taxes for the rich to reign in inflation. That’s always helpful shortrun but harmful long run. The infusion of wealth to the top 10% caused hoarding by the rich, 5-7 year bull market with no corrections, constantly increasing int rates due to unchecked money multiplier from said uncorrected bull market causing stock market crash. You can’t even say he ended the recession, more like postponed it by a decade as the crash caused the fed to raise rates again in the late 80’s which most experts credit to causing the recession of 1990.
Reagan started the modern trend of military spending by arming rebel groups in the Middle East.
Reagan stamped out a ~11,000 person strike where in the first time in history every strike member was fired, which created the modern trend of union busting while he himself enjoyed the perks of a union in his working years. He also introduced changes to 401k which allowed it to overtake pensions, basically tying the retirement wealth build up with the market thus tethering the wealth of the poor and middle class with the rich. I have to admit that was genius, but obviously bad for the average American and small businesses who can’t compete with the ipo’s.
I don’t want to say Reagan got the ball rolling on America’s decline, that was JFK, but he sure gave it the biggest shove. Or Laffer or Bush sr, whoever you thought was “behind” it.

Originally used by Ronald Reagan as a campaign slogan in his 1980 presidential campaign (Let's Make America Great Again), it has since been described as a loaded phrase. Multiple scholars, journalists, and commentators have called the slogan racist, regarding it as dog-whistle politics and coded language.
