How do you deal with them? I have been dealing with **** fissures for the last few days. I just took a ****ing bubble bath with epsom salt to sooth my ass. I have a habit of wiping very hard till I see blood and now i think I really messed my booty hole up. Shit is not fun. I hope I don’t have to shit any time soon cause I can’t wipe anymore. Please help. :(

I drink a lot of water and tea throughout the day. I think the problem is is that my metabolism must be high or something cause I shit like three times yesterday and three times the day before and that's a lot of wiping. I was diagnosed with IBS by a GI doc a few months ago, but I might get constipated once or twice here and there. Otherwise, I'm always on the toilet dropping some solid logs. I do take fiber pills along with probiotics.

In any event, I took that Epsom Salt bath last night and I did my business this morning. I wiped very gentle and didn't see any blood this time around. I keep hearing bidets are the best thing for that, but I don't want any water being shot up my ass.

My whole life I thought these were mostly a consequence of us bigger dudes, when young/inexperienced, being not as slow or patient or delicate as we should be with girlfriends who haven’t stretched enough with toys/plugs prior. How did you get em? Opiate/diet based constipation and huge soup can turds ? I heard truck drivers get en from sitting for way too many hours consecutively or something like that….
