Jokic probably the most effective but I’m not sure he uses more “moves” than Luka. Hes the best post player either way.

He doesn't have that many moves, but he's a strong and has a soft touch, which he uses very effectively. Check the France vs Serbia game, literally moved Wemby like he was a guard, then easily laid it in opposite side of basket. Was very obvious who was MVP and who might be MIP.
