Dirk Nowitzki should be ahead of Shaq

Carmello Anthony is top ten all-time in points...he belongs on the list

Kwahi, Giannis, CPIII, and Jokic should all be roughly together in rankings

Wade wasn't better than Iverson
Nash wasn't better than Kidd
Draymond wasn't better than Klay
Allen wasn't better than Pierce (and a bunch of other guys from his generation)
