She's gonna play games about it being the scheduled debate, but be real, Biden did drop out. It does make sense for them to work out something new. She doesn't want to debate him, imo, and will stay with the ABC stuff and debate a chair. It'll be interesting if she faces off somewhere else, but I kinda think she won't.

Trump is Trump and he doesn't like being forced into something, so I can understand why he'd not show up even if they couldn't get another debate, but it's v strange that ABC would still hold it with only one candidate and not let them try to work something out.
