The Jordan Baseball era was so bizarre. A legit one off that we will never see again. It should be such a bigger story but Jordan’s career has so many powerful plot arcs that it gets completely buried. I remember as a kid hearing Jordan is retiring to play baseball. Even as a kid I was puzzled, I was big time into both basketball and baseball as a kid but I couldn’t get it. Makes sense because I still don’t. Theres just no example of anything like this happening in the past and of course will now never happen in the future.
