The fact that the US currently has the lowest happiness index it has ever had since measures were being taken, with the exception of 60+ year olds, which uncoincidentally are solid Republican, is proof that the Democrats are taking over. All age groups except 60+ years olds are outside the top 25 among the world. Older Americans are still in the top 10 though.

If the US cannot make Americans happy again, are we doomed to being controlled by Democrats forever?

In 2012 a big 4 firm would start their staff 1’s out at ~55k and median house was like 170k, in 2024 they’re still starting staff 1’s around 60k and median house is double. Boomers had it easy.

2011-2012 was the absolute bottom of the housing market. You can't complain that houses will ever be that cheap again. And if anything it benefitted GenX much more than boomers.
