View Full Version : Hunter Biden to change plea to guilty in tax fraud case.

He was back in court this morning for his 9 counts of tax fraud. Jury selection was supposed to happen but looks like that won't be necessary for the crackhead. There's no plea deal in place at this point... he's looking at 17yrs in prison.

They say he's taking the Alford plea which means:

a guilty plea in which a defendant maintains their innocence but admits that the prosecution's evidence would likely result in a guilty verdict if brought to trial.

Judge more than likely will be pissed cause him not doing this months ago and dragging it out cost taxpayers about 3mil.

Bad news for everyone that still cares: Biden is going to pardon him the day after the election.

Can you imagine how outraged you would be right now if this was Donald Trump Jr. or Eric Trump and Donald Trump were to pardon them? You would be bleeding out of all your holes and blowing a gasket. Boston would go nuclear with your rage.

No, Trump has pardoned his fair share of scumbags. I think I read about a guy he pardoned that was responsible for an undercover cop getting killed got busted last week for beating his woman. Or something like that. Parsons are normally granted to scumbags with connections regardless of who is in power. They are in jail for a reason you know?

He pleads guilty on all 9 fraud charges straight up... no Alford involved. Sentencing December 16th.

And the law grants the president the power to pardon. The only thing stopping Biden now that he's a lame duck is loyalty to the Democrat party, not wanting to create tough questions for Harris. Once the election is over he's going to do whatever he wants regardless of who wins. Very few people would let their son rot in prison if they had the power to keep that from happening. The man who has already had his wife, daughters and a son die is not one of them.

For the record I absolutely agree that the pardon power should not exist, just so that no one is confused. Just pointing out that it does and is going to be used.

Hunter's lawyer statements

“Hunter put his family first today. And it was a brave and loving thing to do,” his attorney Abbe Lowell told reporters afterwards, saying the plea prevented a “show trial.”

Biden did not speak to reporters, but issued a statement blasting prosecutors from special counsel David Weiss' office who he said were "focused not on justice but on dehumanizing me for my actions during my addiction."

"I will not subject my family to more pain, more invasions of privacy and needless embarrassment," he said.

Despite his client's acceptance of responsibility, Lowell downplayed the case and the plea after court.

“This case was an extreme and unusual one for the government to bring,” he said, adding his client was charged for something "millions of Americans" do.

"We will now move on to the sentencing phase while keeping open all options to raise the clear legal issues with this case on appeal," Lowell said

LOL @ claiming millions of Americans are charged with 9 counts of tax fraud every year, including 2 felony counts. Such a brave guy that all this shit could have been avoided if he would have pled guilty months ago.

Millions aren't charged for it but do millions cheat? Probably. If some guy answers a Craig's list ad asking for movers tomorrow and gets handed a few hundred dollars in cash at the end of the day so you think he's going to report it to the IRS?

Hey Yo

His lawyer makes it sound as if others do the exact same thing yet the law turns a blind eye. As if Biden got a raw deal when in fact Hunter was the one asking that the tax charges to get get tossed out even though he was blatantly guilty.

No, of course the dude isn't going to claim the 200 cash.

Joe helped him make a lot of money from that cobalt mine in Congo and Hunter will be just fine, though he did break from the pressure when he was in the middle of it. He won't serve time and haven't had anything confiscated, he's doing well.

It's weird how you have to add stuff that I never said in order to prove a point. So you can't prove a point without lying and making stuff up is what you're telling us. :oldlol:
