Like I mentioned in the post you quoted, due to YouTube censoring, that was the only video that I could find of the soldiers, despite it being a viral video. The reason why I was able to find this specific video is probably because the part with the soldiers is buried deep into a video with a lot of things going on, on a legit news channel.

YouTube makes it even harder to find certain videos by removing pages, so whereas in the past I could have clicked on pages 10 of the video results and hopefully find it closer to that page, if the particular video is on page 11, I have to scroll down 11 pages worth of videos.

It's probably the reason why Patrick Chewing posted an X version of the video, since you can easily find it there.

First term Trump I repeatedly said he's funny, but not dangerous. Ever since it shifted a bit. I don't think he himself is actively a danger to democracy. He's just as detached and painfully stupid. His delusional ego causes alot conflict, because he legitimately riles up antidemocratic people*.

And don't think he wanted to cause what happened on Jan 6th, but his rhethoric causes such events. He's a manchild who never was held accountable for anything in his life.

I already stated that I believe the Dems are better for Europe, but in general both candidates suck. Why should I criticize legit concerns about Trump though? The man uses the same hateful rhethoric which fires back at him(no pun intented). In my native language we call what would be needed by him "disarmament of words" and he did so after the first attempt. But he can't in the long run. He's in attack mode 24/7 anf it's part of his charm for alot of people.

That said of course I think even a rude, attacking political figure should be met with arguments and not claims and accusations. You want to be the better option? Tell the people why, not why the other one sucks.

*In all fairness your presidential and winner-takes-all electoral system is barely on the edge of democracy. There's almost no checks and balances and the two party system in both chambers aswell causes underrepresentation of alot of people.
