I think the Nazi's actually liked the blacks. They hated the slavs, jews, gays, etc. mostly because of the role they played in destroying the country during WWI. Leni Reufenstiel who was Hitler's filmmaker spent the second half of her career in Africa.

Well it's complicated if you've studied WWII and the Holocaust you would know why the Nazi's interned who they interned. Jewish people had ties to the Communist party and the Rothschild's decentralized banking. When WWI happened it was because of a slavic secret society that murdered the heir to the Austrian Empire. At the same time Communists were running around Europe being terrorists of that day. The Commies purged the Jews in the 1950's under Stalin but before hand the majority of leadership had Jewish ties.

Now the German's had a philosophy of an Aryan state however they also had a history of diplomatic relations in South America, Middle East, Asia, and Africa. A fun Hitler fact was he didn't want to kill the Jews rather he was working to displace them to Madagascar.

Of-course they did run a campaign of sterilization of mixed race people in Germany...but they weren't killing African's in Africa and they were in Africa.
