israel vs the muslim world?

with tensions and fighting that seem to be escalating every day as of late between israel & lebanon/iran (as well as other potential actors in the region such as jordan, egypt, syria and turkey); if a full-on hot war does eventually end up breaking out in the middle east, do you support US involvement on behalf of israel or should we leave them to their own accord? if so, to what extent do we involve ourselves? do we put troops on the ground, put our national security at risk and spend trillions more on endless war or do we simply just fund the iron dome and let israel deal with their own problems beyond their border?

i ask for everyone in this forum's participation on this issue for obvious reasons. answer with a simple yes or no in the poll or choose to expand on your answer.
