Well first off, he didn't want to buy Twitter and tried to get out of the deal. They had to take him to court to finish the purchase. So it was a deal he realized he didn't want.

But second, once your net worth is over$100B does it even matter at that point? Yes, no matter what Elon will die a very rich man.

Hell even if Twitter and Tesla both magically vanished tomorrow, he'd still be insanely wealthy. But that doesn't mean we can't point our finger when he fails.

I think he’s using his influence in a political way right now, but the core ideas he is pushing are decent. If he is gonna keep doing things like using starlink when he can for people to have communication, I **** with it.
