I assume there are less requests in every state, because 2020 was covid. So yes, they could show. In 2020 Republican voters made it a point to not request, they were shamed for it. So that makes sense their numbers are similar.

Also, the early vote numbers all over are are blowing away previous years. Georgia already has over 3 million early votes, they had less than 5 million TOTAL votes in 2020. Texas, Florida, other states are the same. They both have over 5 million early votes which is half of 2020s TOTAL.

So not only will they show up, but the vote totals are going to blow away 2020.
