In the Western Conference, that is, is this the year of the Thunder?

Versatile, good young roster.

If they get & stay healthy, it certainly could be.

They're looking good so far. Hoping no injuries disrupt the T-Train.

The defense has been suffocating because holding opponents under 100 points in this era is impressive. I expect their shooting #s to improve throughout the season so they will a challenge for anyone, but their only weakness is that they only have 1 reliable shot creator. In a playoff setting both Chet and JDub need to be better than last season but that isnt as big of a glaring hole as it used to be in years past. They remind me of a better version of the Jimmy Butler Heat.

Unless an injury happens they will be facing the Celtics in the finals.

I think the youth will ultimately show up once again on that stage against such a veteran a battle tested group of players but you never know.

Hard to tell. Their 6-0 record against losing teams: hawks, blazers (twice), spurs.

Of their wins, only Bulls and Nuggets have a 50% win percentage.

No team they beat has an above 50% win percentage.

That said they are blowing teams out of the water. Have won every game by over 10 point margin.

Thats also with Hartenstein out, and tbh I think that addition is what gives them crazy potential. Even tho Hartenstein in a vacuum is a good solid player but not some elite franchise guy, putting him at the five and shifting Chet to the four unlocks huge major potential improvement for them on defense, in rebounding, AND offense. And I mean major improvement over where they already are now as a 6-0 team.

Hart and Chet twin towers with SGA at point and a bunch of solid wings?? Everything on their team fits perfectly.

They are going to vaporize teams when fully healthy.
