A shorter NBA season probably means healthier players.
It also means less revenue.
But to contradict my own point, maybe if there are less games than players will play harder in each game and get hurt more often.
So maybe it doesn't mean healthier players.
Now we're back to square one.
What say you

Keep it at 82. Encourage players not to be soft bitches like Embiid.

Shorten the season. It's the one meaningful change that the league can make to enhance the quality of the product across the board.
And of course that's the one thing they'll never consider, because they're not about to forfeit profits to improve the product

No, but it's the only thing they can do to salvage their regular season.

Make a season 28 games, each team playing their conference opponent twice. Run it from Oct-Nov. Then playoff in Dec-Jan. Rest in Feb-Mar. That's 6 months. Start all over again in April.
